When I add my personal HSBC bank account I found this error"https://www.hsbc.com.au/1/2/home 1300 308 008 The HSBC Bank (AU) - Business Banking site is down for maintenance. Try connecting again in a few hours. (105) "

Thank you for reaching out on this. 

 

The new HSBC login process includes complicated encryption which blocks bank feed connection. Our banking partnership team continued to work with the bank to see if there are any options to work around this encryption.

At this stage, we do not anticipate having a solution nor an ETA on when bank feed connection with HSBC will happen.

You can import CSV files or manually add transactions as a workaround. Here is how:
