When I am in Banking/Tags i get a green spinning wheel - going on for 3 hrs now Has QB got a problem

Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to better isolate this issue about logging in to your mobile application.

 

To start off, try logging into your QBO account using a different or a private browser. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing some errors and/or unusual responses.

To use a private browser, here's how:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Once signed in, open the Payroll tab again. If it works, you have to clear their browser's cache to have a clean slate. If not, I recommend using another supported browser.
