When I check my ANZ accounts it says that the bank feeds are working but Quickbooks it says "we cant find this account at your bank's website'. Has anyone had this?

Hi oranamotorinn,

 

Is there any error code showing in your ANZ account in QuickBooks Online? If your ANZ bank account is connected through Standard feeds connection, we have an ongoing Product Investigation with INV-92358 Unable to connect with ANZ bank or download transactions, getting error 106 (standard feed connection). Our Banking team is aware of this situation and currently investigating.

 

Since most ANZ account types are eligible for Direct feeds connection, we recommend upgrading your bank connection to Direct feeds. Here's how to upgrade your ANZ bank connection to direct feeds:

 

  1. Click on the Bookkeeping or Banking tab.
  2. Click on Bank transactions.
  3. If you see a prompt that says Get direct bank feeds, click on them to upgrade the current connection.
  4. And follow the prompt to complete the direct feeds connection.

If there is an error showing for the current connection, you may have to disconnect and re-connect the bank account to be able to upgrade to Direct feeds connection.

If the issue remains, I would recommend contacting out Customer Care Team. That way, they can further check your account connection on file.
