Hi there, spiderman789.

It's good to see you back here in QuickBooks Community. I'll ensure to provide information on checking the status of the direct feed and the application process takes.

To check the status of your direct feed application, I suggest clicking the Transactions from the left menu and select the Direct feed account shown within the Bank and Cards page. The status of your application such as 'Pending' will be displayed here. Any alternative alerts prompting action will also be shown here. Please note that to securely connect an account, it takes approximately 10 minutes to prepare, print, and hand-sign a bank authorisation form. You'll need to email or post the form and it takes up to 10 business days for Intuit and your bank to approve your Client Authority Form and connect your bank account to QuickBooks. For additional information, you can click this article: Connecting your bank account to QuickBooks via Direct feed.

However, if still pending after 10 business days, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to check on why the status is still in progress.

1. Open your QuickBooks Account.

2. At the top right, click the Help icon.

3. Click Contact Us.

4. Under What can we help you with?, enter your concern about the status of the direct feed.

5. Click Let's Talk.

6. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page. Then, choose one and fill in the information.

Please refer to this article to see different information about updating an existing CBA connection to Direct Feeds: Update Commonwealth Bank connections to Direct Feeds.
