Why am I receiving the message: Your bank feed is now outdated, everytime I click anything. It is not outdated and I don't want to start a Direct Feed yet.

If it is a CBA (business and personal) and a Macquarie bank account numbers starts with 1, 2, 3, or 9, you'll need to upgrade your connection to direct feed for a more stable bank feed connection.

Let's do some browser troubleshooting to get rid of the error message you're getting. First thing we'll need to do is to access your account on an incognito window or private mode. A private browser does not store any activities, which is why it's a good idea to use it for any unexpected behavior in the program.

Here are keyboard shortcuts you can use depending on the browser you're using:
