Why are my bank west accounts not updating all of a sudden?

My bank west accounts are not refreshing to allow me to categorise my transactions. This has been happening since 15/6. Error msg tells me to try again in a few hours and that’s been going on since 15/6.

I'd like to make sure that you're able to update your bank account and be able to categorize the transactions. First, let's manually update your bank to bring the transactions to QuickBooks Online. 

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select the bank account you want to update.
  3. Tap Update.

 

Second, If the same things happen, let's isolate this case by opening your account using a private/incognito window. There are times the accumulated cache in the browser becomes corrupted, causing this unusual behavior. This mode doesn't save your web searches and site data. 

 

You can use the keyboard short cuts that I've listed below:

 

  • Ctrl Shift for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
  • Command Shift for Safari

 

If everything is good, go back to the regular browsing session and delete your temporary internet files. This will eliminate the corrupted junk files so your browser can start over fresh. Clear Cache And Cookies To Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online.
