Why are the bank deposits still coming in as transfers?

Our Team is looking into this unexpected behaviour on why some transactions are coming in as transfers when they should be deposits.

I would recommend contacting our Support Team to get your situation logged into our system and keep updated on the status of this investigation:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.

2. Select Help (?) at the top right.

3. Select Contact us.

4. Enter a brief description of the issue, then select Next.

5. Select Start a Chat or Get a Callback to connect to a live support team representative.
