Why does QBO constantly say bank connection out of date

Which bank are you working on? Are there any error messages? It could be the bank account connection is stuck behind the scene. If the bank account is connected through a Standard feeds connection, let's do a manual update and edit sign-in information to isolate the situation.

Here's how:

1. Click on the Banking/Transactions tab.
2. Click on the bank account affected, and click on the Update button.
3. If the bank did not update, click on the Pencil icon on the bank account.
4. Click on the Edit sign in info.
5. Enter your banks log in details manually.
6. Click on Update, and click Done.

If the issue persists, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so that they can check the status of the bank account connected.
