Hi dynamicdanceacc!

 

Thanks for posting here. Let me show you how to fix the banking issue.

 

If you haven't yet, I suggest checking with your bank and see if they are having system issue or maintenance. That will block the connection and prevent the transactions from downloading.

 

We can also manually update it. Simply go to the Baking page and click the Update button. This helps the bank transactions to be downloaded.

Additionally, you'll want to manually upload bank transactions through a WebConnect file. Once done, you can now start match and categorise them.
