Why have my bank feeds stopped?

My bank feeds stopped 71 days ago and I do not understand shy this happened

Welcome to the Community, thomas-skeffingt.

 

Before we start, may I know what's the name of the bank? This way, we can check if there are any ongoing issues and give you relevant information about it.

 

In the meantime, we start a manual download to get the latest available transactions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping.
  2. Select Transactions, then Banking.
  3. Click on Update

 

Once the update is done, this will updated all of your connected banks and credit card account and increase the number of transactions in each account tile.

 

If downloads seem slow or stuck, the issue may be on the bank’s end. You can proceed and see Step 2 in this article to learn how your can check your bank or credit card's website: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

Alternatively, you can also manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. This will guide you in getting transactions from your bank or credit cards and manually import them into QuickBooks.
