Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

Apologies for the issue you are facing with your bank, can you advise if there is any messages or codes appearing and what bank you are with?

 

We can do a manual update to get your bank's latest transactions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On Transactions tab, select Banking.
  2. Select Update.

 

This updates all your connected bank and credit card accounts. The number of transactions in each account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads new transactions.
