Question

After the recent update when I try and match up my transactions for my expenses, there are no listed suppliers to choose from. I am on mobile AP.

When going to the list of suppliers and choosin name of a supplier, the AP reboots

Thanks for turning to the Community for support! I'd be happy to provide some information regarding the issues you may be experiencing.

 

After investigating, I am able to see the list of suppliers in my test account. It may be browsing data that is preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do. I recommend refreshing the app data. If the app still doesn't work, you can try uninstalling it and reinstalling as a last resort. You can also try on the QuickBooks website
