Why do I get error 185 -Complete some security steps for Banque de Montreal - Personal. Then we’ll get your latest transactions. (185). every time I try to update my transaction? Is this normal or a glitch? It is bank specific? Seems pointless to have to do it over and over again every time
There was an error message at first about negative balance even though the format is correct. now it would just go back to the same page

When I used to click on "update" it would send a text to my phone asking me to log into my scotiabank app. It no longer sends anything to my phone ( my number hasn't changed ). The only thing I can think of is Android pushed a OS update last week. So now I cannot update any transactions.
We all know Scotiabank importing is a disaster for bookkeepers since implementing their push notification; but now TD, CIBC are constantly breaking connectivity. Really don't understand why QBO developers are not working with Canadian financial institutions to get their product working. Stopped supporting desktop, push everyone to use QBO for the convenient bank feed feature that never works anymore. Looking for alternative accounting software that works for my 100+ client base. It's ridiculous now.
QBO dit MAJ il y a qq minutes et aucune transaction depuis 1 mois n'est importée.
The exclamation box is there but the option to add additional security info doesn't come up.

I am having a problem with previous bank Recs. The opening balances and closing balances are not balancing with the bank statement from Oct.31/2024 all the ways to present April 30, 2025.My question is can I undo bank recs all the way back to try and get a correct bank balance on the bank recs. without losing any of the entries that have been done up to date.

For some reason my payroll no longer matches to each employee. When I try to clear a payroll for employees it matches to an unrelated catagorie and no longer shows the employees name.
