I cannot update my transactions because Scotiabank requires 2 step. It doesn't send my phone a notification anymore, it used to.So I'm stuck

When I used to click on "update" it would send a text to my phone asking me to log into my scotiabank app. It no longer sends anything to my phone ( my number hasn't changed ). The only thing I can think of is Android pushed a OS update last week. So now I cannot update any transactions.

Since you mentioned that you are no longer receiving text messages from Scotiabank, I recommend reaching out directly to your FI to know why this is happening and to address this matter as soon as possible.
