An invoice was paid through quickbooks but hasn't reached my bank yet. Is there anything I need to do or does it just take time?

The time it takes for deposits to appear varies based on the type of payment the payee uses, Duggan.

When processing payments from an invoice, funds from your initial payment are deposited within 5 business days as we set up your merchant account. Credit card payments, on the other hand, are typically deposited within 2 business days.

If you're using a bank transfer to receive payments, this requires a separate enrollment which takes up to 3-4 business days to reflect in your account. You can also monitor the status of your most recent paid invoices at any time using the QuickBooks Digital Assistant.

However, if your invoice payment is delayed by a week, please check your inbox and spam folders for an email from our Merchant service regarding your concern. I'd also recommend contacting our Payments Team to assist you further regarding your funds.
