Trying to connect a new ATB bank account or credit card is continually problematic. it will work sporadically. Any suggestions if it's a QBO issue or ATB issue?

You can log into your ATB bank website to verify that your account information is accurate, Angie. After that, check the account transactions to confirm there are no notifications or prompts needing your attention.
