Bank import through csv is not working. The page would just go back to the same page

There was an error message at first about negative balance even though the format is correct. now it would just go back to the same page

We can perform troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue of importing bank transactions via CSV file, @sjoaquin.

 

Before importing, delete unnecessary columns. QuickBooks required the Date, Description, and Amount columns. Also, match the CSV column names to the QuickBooks tiles.

 

If you're still unable to import the bank transactions, we can start troubleshooting by clearing your browser's cache to remove the stored data that may have caused the issue.
