Question

All of a sudden when I click new and bank deposit, it is not allowing me to choose the customer or account. I'm not adding to a deposit. What do I do?

QuickBooks Online recently had an update on how transactions are entered into the program. The reason for this is to help you streamline your work using faster methods of navigation such as the new experience you've described. If you have any product suggestions or feedback, I encourage you to send them directly to our engineers. You can do this by clicking the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. New product ideas and improvements are largely based on the feedback we get from users like you.
