Hi there,

The bank feed is an awesome tool that helps you review your business transactions quickly and easily. Automatic uploads from your online banking website helps ensure that QuickBooks matches what you see in your real-life bank account. It's important that when accounts are connected, they stay connected and function as intended.

I'm glad you've brought this to my attention. It's not normal for the account to disconnect on it's own and need to be reconnected manually in order to reconcile. I want to make sure there's no browser issues that are causing bugs in the program, so try the steps below to make sure your browser is healthy.

Clear the cache and cookies in your web browser. These are stored Internet files that build up over time. They cling to the back-end of your browser, and they can cause bugs and errors in QuickBooks Online and other sites. Here's how to do that: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

If you clear cache and cookies and notice that your accounts are automatically disconnecting again, use Incognito Mode in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs independently from the rest of your browser. This is often used to diagnose browser-related issues. Here's more information about what that is and how to use it: Browse in private. You can also try a different browser all together.

If you continue to experience this issue, please reach out to our tech support team. There may be something occurring in the back-end of your account, and it's important that our team gets a closer look at what may be causing this.

Have a nice day.
