Bank of Montreal (BMO) not working last 3 days

BMO Connection stopped working, when you go check it shows "Unavailable" cannot get through to anyone on QB side to confirm there is outage and its being worked on.

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  Having an error when trying to upload your transactions can definitely impact your day.  There are times when financial institutions become disconnected with QuickBooks Online, that require an investigation with our Development Team.  When this happens, you can review the QuickBooks Online Bank Feed status updates here.  

 

In addition, you can learn how to troubleshoot and fix online banking errors by following this link.  If the issue persists, the best course of action is to contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.  They'll be able to gather in depth information, and escalate the issue to our Development Team for further investigation, in order to restore the connection as soon as possible!

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

The issue with BMO is on our end and has been escalated for further investigation with our Development Team.  At this time, I encourage you to contact our Customer Care team outside of Community, so they can add you to the list of affected users, and ensure you receive an email notification when the issue has been resolved. In addition, you can follow the bank feed status here.  In the interim, you can manually upload your transactions, so your account remains accurate and up to date.
