Bank rec

My accountant has told me that the last bank rec I did in QB Desktop will not convert to QB Online.  How do I know if she is right and how do I fix it?

Welcome to the community! It's exciting to hear you're moving from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. The migration tool in place enables you to transfer much of the information from your company file, so you don't have to re-enter it manually. There are a couple of information that won’t convert or transfer automatically with your company file. I'll be happy to share more on this.

 

Your past reconciliation reports, for example, don't convert to QuickBooks Online. However, all reconciled transactions in the register will have an “R” in the cleared column in QuickBooks Online depicting that they were reconciled.
