Bank reconciliation is good and balanced. In QB app, it says I have 12 transactions to review. These are duplicates of transactions already entered and rcl’d. Help?

Welcome to Community!  It's important to ensure that your accounts are balanced and duplicate entries are removed.   QuickBooks Online provides the option to exclude this type of entry in just a few quick steps.  I'll be happy to help!

First and foremost, I suggest refreshing the app to ensure it's accurate and up-to-date, or uninstall and reinstall it to see if you get the same result.  I also recommend logging into your QuickBooks account from a web browser.  This will provide reassurance that there aren't any duplicate entries and there's no need for additional steps.  If you still see duplicate entries, here's how to exclude them.
