bank transactions are not importing to quickbooks

Hi,

I have desktop pro 2017, I used to import my monthly bank transactions to quickbooks do my book keeping, now its not allowing me, I downloaded the updates but still not allowing me to do so, what should I do?

Your QB Desktop 2017 is outdated and the bank feeds feature is disabled. Consider purchasing a one time (outright) license of QB Desktop 2021 to upgrade your file. Otherwise, prepare your data with the following template

Checking	01/09/2020	AT&T	123	Utilities:Telephone	-100	Check Payment		N

then utilize one of these importer tools
