Banking not showing like it was before

I look after two companies that use QB online.  In the past week one of the companies banking info has changed.  I am in accountants view with both companies.  It used to show the three accounts with the bank balance and the QuickBooks balance.  Now it's only showing the bank balance

I love that the Community forum is a reliable resource for you, and I'd be happy to help you with getting back on track with the bank feed connections in your QuickBooks Online accounts. I know how vital these connections can be, so it's equally vital that they're displaying as they should and displaying the correct information.

 

I appreciate that you mentioned the detail about the banking info changing for one of the banks, since that change could be what's impacting the way QuickBooks is displaying the information. It could be that the program needs a simple refresh to catch up with that change, so I recommend going through steps like clearing your cache, using a private browser, and trying another browser type to see if the information is then displaying as you're expecting it to.

 

If not, my next recommendation is to select the Update button on the bank feed, since this can help to jog things back into place. The next thing if that doesn't work is to try re-entering the new banking details again. Here's how you'd go about doing that.

  1. In the Banking tab, select the tile for the bank account in question.
  2. Click the pencil icon in the upper right of the tile.
  3. Select Edit sign in info.
  4. Re-enter the sign in details for the bank.
  5. Click Save and connect.

I've seen this help with a number of different connection issues, so it's worth a shot.
