Hello Cs66,

QuickBooks Online and its features strive to make managing your transactions as easy as possible. I can absolutely help you with handling your duplicate and other transactions through the bank feed in the program's Banking tab.

When you have duplicate transactions in the bank feed, typically the best way to handle them is to exclude them so numbers don't duplicate in your books. You can do this by checking off the duplicate transaction or transactions, selecting the Batch actions button above the transaction list, then choosing Exclude selected. This will move those transactions to the Excluded tab on the banking page, where you can either leave them be or delete them from your books entirely. To delete, check off the transaction, click Batch actions in that tab, then Delete.

As for your transactions that are showing up as Transfers instead of a Deposit, simply click the transaction line in the For Review list and you'll see a drop-down menu where you can change the transaction type. The drop-down doesn't have a heading or name, but you should see that it currently says Transfer. Once you select it, the other options will appear.

If these transactions are no longer in the For Review tab and have been added to your books, don't worry, you can undo them. In the Banking area, select the Reviewed tab, then click Undo on whatever transactions you need. That puts them back in the For Review tab so you can handle them however you need.

I encourage you to take a look at the following article to learn more about the available options when using the bank feed: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online
