I have 55 rules, 3 bank accounts and 2 credit cards. Can I export my rules so that I can review & coordinate them? (I would rather have 25 intelligent rules than 55 dumb guesses. )

Hi there,

Reviewing the bank rules you've created is an awesome way to reorganize your books to ensure you're using the most efficient and effective strategies in your bookkeeping. I know how handy it would be to review and coordinate your bank rules by exporting them. I'd be glad to explain how you can get this done.

To export your bank rules, follow these steps:
1. Click the Banking tab on the left navigation menu.

2. Select Rules at the top of the page.

3. Click the small triangle icon next to New Rule.

4. Select Export

The file will save at the bottom of your web page, which you can then open and save to your computer if necessary.

I hope this helps get you back on track! If you need to delete any of your existing rules after reviewing them more closely, all you have to do is locate the rule and click the drop-down menu next to Edit, then select Delete

If you have any  other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our tech support team.

Cheers.
