Can't add my secondary bank account to quickbooks

It's important that your accounts have all the necessary transactions so that the scales represent reality. QuickBooks Online is a tool that can take your sales and expenses to be able to show you the profit of your business. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with banking errors.
 

For assistance with errors with connecting a bank account, I recommend contacting our support team outside the Community site. They will be able to do a verification of your account to give you help with connecting the accounts you wish as well as notify the engineers if the error is not resolved after troubleshooting. You can reach them with one of these methods:
