Question

Can't bill a new customer in Euro. Default is set to CAD in customer master (can't be changed). Multi-currency is on. Worked 2 years ago. Now it is not working anymore?

Hi there, 

 

I see you've been with us for a long time! We appreciate your loyalty. I'd be glad to share more info about billing your customers in a different currency. 

 

In order for you to bill customers in another currency, you'd have to have initially set up the customer using Euros. Here's an article with more info on Adding foreign-currency customers. Once you've added the customer with the appropriate currency, you can now invoice them using that currency. 

 

If you're still having issues after verifying that the customer has the right currency, I recommend clearing cache and cookies. Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having. Here's an article which shows you how to do that: How to clear Cache and Cookies.
