Cannot connect to BMO bank feeds?

I have called BMO and they told connectivity to QuickBooks is not supported. Told me to reach out to you

Welcome to Community!  Connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online is a valuable feature.  It's essential that you're able to link your account effortlessly.  I would be glad to assist!

 

If you're a BMO Business user with chequing, savings and credit card accounts, you must login through a debit card. Retail (Personal) users and other business users who only have loan and investment accounts connected to QuickBooks Online, will need to reconnect using one of the following provider names;

  • Bank of Montreal Canada - Business (Deposit, Line Of Credit and Credit Cards)
  • Bank of Montreal Canada - Business (Loans and Investments)
  • Bank of Montreal Canada - Personal
  • Banque de Montreal - Business (Deposit, Line Of Credit and Credit Cards)
  • Banque de Montreal - Business (Loans and Investments)
  • Banque de Montreal - Personal

Once you've established a connection with one of the names from the above list, you'll be able to proceed with using your BMO Canada online banking with QuickBooks Online. I also suggest reviewing this helpful guide, to learn more about resolving Access Denied, HTTP 502 or 350 error messages when trying to re-authenticate.
