Cannot update bank accounts any longer. Suggested process for linking does not work. Was working for 10 years but now. NO

has there been some change in QBO requiring me to re-link my bank accounts?

Welcome to Community!  Connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online provides automatic updates, so your accounts remain accurate and up-to-date.  When there's a disconnect between your financial institution and QuickBooks, it can be rather concerning. I would be happy to help!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest accessing your QuickBooks Online account using a private\incognito browser. I also recommend clearing cache, to help improve system performance and web page loading times.  If you experience the same outcome, try another browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari.  In addition, you can check the status of bank connections on our QuickBooks Online bank feed status page. If there are any known issues with certain banks they will be listed there.
