Hello again ginotpetrocco1,

I hope you had a great weekend apart from this challenge with the banking feeds in QuickBooks Online. I know how useful this feature is in the program, so I want to make sure we're tackling this and you can get back to matching your transactions. I'll help you with this.

When things like the banking feed don't seem to be working quite right, going through browser, app, cache, and Internet troubleshooting is where I like to start. I know I've shared these with you before, so you may have already gone through them, but if you haven't, please try the following steps.

If that still doesn't change anything and you can't match, knowing more about the transactions, including how the one was entered into QuickBooks Online and what kind of refund transaction it was, would be helpful to finding a solution for you. I encourage you to connect with a member of the QuickBooks Online support team using one of the following options.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Social MediaFacebookTwitter, and Instagram.
Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.

I hope you have a great rest of your day.
