Cant find a refund record to match the bank download, though the amounts and dates match and the refund has been selected in the sales tax period. HELP??

When things like the banking feed don't seem to be working quite right, going through browser, app, cache, and Internet troubleshooting is where I like to start. I know I've shared these with you before, so you may have already gone through them, but if you haven't, please try the following steps.

• Clear browser cache if using a browser
• Clear the app cache if using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows or Mac
• Try a browser if using the app
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device

If that still doesn't change anything and you can't match, knowing more about the transactions, including how the one was entered into QuickBooks Online and what kind of refund transaction it was, would be helpful to finding a solution for you.
