Cash back credit card bank reconciliation

I used my cash back reward point for personal expenses. How should I do credit card reconciliation now? I did a personal purchase using the point, but now they are showing has expense on credit card statement. Please help. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  QuickBooks Online is a versatile program that allows you to streamline your work with enhanced features.  I'll be glad to guide through cash back reward!

 

Here's how to record the cash back rewards:

 

1. From the left menu, click +New

2. Select Credit card credit

3. Locate the appropriate Bank/Credit Account using the dropdown

4. Choose the account you've set up for your cash back rewards, in the Category details

Note:  If you don't have an account for tracking your cash back rewards, you'll need to create one.

5. Complete the remaining fields and hit Save and Close when done.
