connect to a manulife bank

manulife bank won't connect...have called the bank and they have quickbooks in their list of acceptable programs.

Glad to have you join the Community. The ability to connect your bank to QuickBooks is key and I'll be happy to help with that. 

 

Thanks for contacting your bank. It's true that QuickBooks connects with Manulife Bank Canada. What happens when you try connecting it on your end? Are you getting an error message? If so, could you send me a screenshot of the error message you're getting? 

 

In case you need to urgently upload bank transactions to your QuickBooks account, there's a good article which shows you how to manually import transactions from your bank. Here's the link to it. I'll be here to assist.

I was able to connect with Manulife Bank account but not all the accounts show up. Only check and the Savings account show up and can be linked. The Manulife One account and other Manulife Loan accounts cannot be linked. Please assist.

Let me help share some insights about the missing accounts under Manulife Bank.

 

There are possible reasons why the accounts were not linked. It could be the account has been closed at the bank and therefore no longer showing up. To resolve this issue, please reach out to our QBSE Specialist so they can check this further using their extra tools.

Have been having the same issues with my Manulife accounts since Manulife updated their website...I talked to a Quickbooks specialist and he told me they are opening an investigation to solve the issue. Hope its going to work soon.
