Connecting a credit card to QBO.after i have a bank connected when i go to the banking Menu i no longer see the "connect Account" button? how do i add a second account?

Thanks for reaching out here.  Connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online, is a dynamic way to keep your books up to date.  It's important that you're able to link your accounts without delay.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

To ensure you have access to the Link Account feature, I suggest clearing cache on your browser, if you haven't done so already.  I also recommend trying other browsers such as Safari, Edge, Google Chrome, Edge, or a private/incognito window.  If you're still unable to link your account, please contact us outside of Community, for further review and possible escalation of the unexpected behavior.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
