Currency Conversion is incorrect all of a sudden, like way off!

I created a USD invoice for $6251.46 usd, at the bottom right part of the invoice it shows the balance in both USD and CAN currency, but is telling me the CAN value is over $3 million.  And the value of our skus has now changed when entering a USD invoice, what used to be $10.69 is now $0.02 and I have to change it. Any ideas why this is happening all of a sudden?

Thanks for reaching out about your currency conversion. QuickBooks Desktop is a great tool able to assist you in keeping track of sales and expenses so you know the amount of profit for your company. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with this calculation.

 

For assistance with this calculation for currency value being off, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Desktop support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the error with you in the program to best assist at getting it resolved so the value in home currency is accurate.
