Deposit not in bank account

Quickbooks received a payment, the payment is not showing up on our bank account.

Welcome to Community!  It's important that your QuickBooks Online Payments are deposited in a timely fashion, so your books remain accurate and up to date.  In this situation, I recommend contacting us outside of Community so we can look further into this from our end.  It's vital that your funds are received and we'd be happy to help!

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
