Hello usermkangas,

It sounds like you might be working with QuickBooks Payments for QuickBooks Online. If you're not working with it already, maybe it's something that you're interested in. Either way, this is a great question and an important part of getting to know the feature. I'd be delighted to go over this for you.

QuickBooks Payments gives your customers the opportunity to pay the invoices you send them from QuickBooks Online with their credit cards, including Visa. Other than Visa, the service also works with Mastercard and Discover Cards, each in Canadian currency. Those payments are then processed through our system to be deposited in your bank account, which is set up during the application process for QuickBooks Payments.

So in short, yes! Visa payments processed through QuickBooks Payments will be deposited into your bank account after the processing period, which is 5 business days for the first transaction and 2 business days for transactions after that. I've got a few links here that can further introduce you to this service so you know what you're working with.

If you have more questions after reading those documents, feel free to ask in a reply. You can also let me know if I'm not quite on the same page with what you're asking with your question. The more detail you can share, the better. Just keep in mind that this is a public forum, so I don't recommend sharing personal details.

I hope this has been helpful!
