Does anyone have a problem connecting with their bank feed? My feed stopped working, couldn't reconnect, tried deleting it and now can't link account again.

I've checked all the bank login info and it is correct and working apart from QBO.

Can you tell me if you get the same results if you try in a private browser, as sometimes browsing data can accumulate on your system and prevent the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Here are some shortcuts you can try depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Thanks Amanda - late last night it spontaneously connected to my bank feed and I was able to download transactions again. No idea why it wouldn't work for a few days because my online banking wasn't down. Thank you so much & enjoy your day.
