Question

Does anyone know how to fix uncleared transactions that I had not noticed and reconciled the bank?

My bank balanced but I had uncleared transactions, which is because I duplicated invoices. I deleted them and now my accounts receivable is out of balance.

It's nice to see you here in the QuickBooks Community, @vs52_2-martens-shaw-c.

I want to make sure you're able to rule out the Accounts Receivable balance difference in your QuickBooks account.

Usually, issues with the A/R balance comes up if there are deleted entries with applied payments, these payments become unapplied and will affect A/R balances. In this case, you need to open the existing payments and see if they are applied to a sales entry. You also need to review invoices that were unpaid.

Open the payment and click the corresponding invoice it should be applied. If this is an excess payment that should be there, you can delete it so it doesn't appear as a credit to the A/R account. See this sample:

For other ways to resolve A/R balance, see this article: Resolve A/R or A/P balances on a cash basis Balance Sheet
