Does anyone know how to get ahold of the risk department? I have had a large deposit on hold for 62 days and have spent 8 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue.

I have spent 8 weeks and countless hours on the phone with "customer representatives" who are not equipped to resolved deposit issues. I need this money to keep my small and brand new business running. What a shameful way to treat your customers Quickbooks!!

Making sure you receive your payments in a timely manner is the primary goal of our payments add on however it seems we missed the mark here. I'd be happy to direct you on how to get your funds released.

 

As there are a few reasons such as a hold or incorrect banking information that can be causing the funds to get held up you'll need to reach out to our support team to get this resolved. Risk is not a department that has a contact number of way to reach out to them. Instead it's the customer service agent that would reach out to them or create a case for them to get this resolved.

 

In order to reach out to support you can use one of the following methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
