Downloading Bank details to Desktop pro

Thanks for reaching out here.  It's important that you're able to download your transactions in QuickBooks Desktop, to ensure your books remain balanced.  I'd be glad to assist!

When you connect your financial institution to QuickBooks, the maximum number of transactions available will automatically be downloaded.  Keep in mind that some banks only allow 90-days of historical data.  There are two ways to download the transactions, Direct Connect and Web Connect.  Once you'd completed the download process, you're ready to match them with your books.  Here's a helpful guide to assist you with downloading your bank transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.
