Due to and from accounts

I can see how this crossing of funds between companies would complicate your bookkeeping, but I also know it's vital that these transactions and payments are accurately accounted for in QuickBooks Desktop. I'll steer you in the right direction for this.

Your best resource for this sort of situation is going to be an accountant or bookkeeping professional. They'll be able to let you know whether it's as simple as setting up some extra accounts to show this money movement or if you could even potentially tweak something like the instructions given for mixing business and personal funds to suit the needs of this situation. It's important to me that you have the correct steps for this so that you can clearly show what's happened in case any questions are raised later.
