Employee postal code is correct , yet system states it is not a match . how to fix.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payroll is a dynamic way to pay your staff seamlessly.  Having a notification that the province and postal code don't match, when setting up your employee profile, can be concerning.  Don't worry, we've got you!

The best course of action is to contact our QuickBooks Online Payroll specialists at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.  They'll be able to work with you in a secure setting, and assist with entering the required fields, so you can pay your staff as scheduled.
