Every time I try to match my business bank account to Quickbooks, it doesn't work, does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  It's important that you're able to match your transactions in QuickBooks Online with confidence.  I suggest contacting us outside of Community to allow a member of our Customer Care team to work with you in real time.  They'll be able to navigate through the process with you and ensure your account is balanced in a timely fashion.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
