Question

Has anyone had an issue connecting the Sonic Sync App to QuickBooks? When I try to launch it tells me there is a connection problem. Any advice?

One of the benefits to using a cloud-based software to run your business is having the ability to sync third-party apps to your account. I know how handy it is to integrate apps to expand the capabilities of QBO, and I'd be happy to shed some light on this for you. 

 

Whenever you're looking into connecting an app with QBO, you'll have to first ensure this app is compatible. You can search for the app here: QuickBooks App Store. Based on my search, Sonic Sync App isn't one of the compatible apps you can connect with QBO. If the app has an alternative title, I'd recommend searching for what you're looking for on the apps site. 

 

If your app does indeed appear to be compatible, I'd recommend reaching out to that app's support team for further assistance with connectivity.
