Question

Hello, Can I link Quickbooks Canada to a bank account in Asia? My company has a branch office in TW and I want to link the accounts. Anyone has experience with this? THX

Which bank in Taiwan do you need to connect?

Why didn't you open a new QBO Global version for Taiwan for your local branch office?

Hi there. It's essential you're able to connect your credit card account to QuickBooks so you can automatically sync your transactions. I'd be happy to give you a hand so you can get back to doing what you love. I'd be happy to help you with this.

I encourage you to try linking a bank card using a private/incognito window. If you're still not seeing the account as an option, I encourage you to follow the steps here:

  1. Navigate to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Click on Add account.
  3. Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, you will get the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks."
  4. If you’re unable to find your bank, click on Request support for your bank.
  5. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

I also suggest checking out this article here with more info on how to manually import your transactions into QuickBooks. Give this a try and if you have questions, feel free to reach back to me in the comments below. I've got your back.
