Question

Hello, my current cash balance is showing as 0 on the dashboard of quickbooks online, however I have cash in our bank accounts. Can someone please help me?

Having the right information showing at a glance is a great way to save time so you can focus on other parts of your business. I'd be happy to help you get the correct cash balance showing on your dashboard.

 

When information isn't displaying correctly on your dashboard the first step would be to try clearing your cache and cookies. You can do this by following the steps in this article. You can also try opening QuickBooks in a private browser such as Google Chromes Incognito mode.
