I hope you are having a great weekend so far! From your post, it sounds like we have multiple businesses under the same QuickBooks Online Subscription so I would love an opportunity to share some guidance on that first.

When it comes to sharing multiple companies under one QuickBooks Online, there is a great feature called LOCATIONS which would be a great fit, although you can use CLASSES as well.

I would also love to share that QuickBooks Online is designed to work for one Business Number only per subscription. If all your business locations are operating under the same Business Number, this will be a great technique for you. If your multiple businesses all have different Business Numbers, I highly encourage you to partner with the QuickBooks Online Sales team, as they can offer you a great discount for every 3 QuickBooks Online Company Files (New Company Files, not pre existing Company Files). The reason this is important, is that when it comes time to track your taxes for the business, QuickBooks Online is designed to only track for one Business Number per subscription.
