Hi id like to link my credit card to quickbooks and it says i need to upgrade ?? Also id like to unlink and relink my bank . because right now it doesnt show 2022 earnin

Thanks for reaching out here.  Connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online is a time saver.  I'd be glad to assist!

With regards to the 'upgrade' message, I suggest reviewing your company information to ensure the required fields are complete.  It's essential that your full business address and phone number are applied.  Here's how;

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Account and Settings

2. Click on the Edit in the Contact Info section

3. Complete the required fields

4. Hit Save and then Done

To ensure you have historical transactions, you'll need to manually upload them.  Some banks only allow up to 120-days of transactions, so disconnecting your bank may not allow items dating back through 2022.  These should be downloaded from your bank's website in .CSV or .QBO format.
