QuickBooks Online has various features that can help make running your business smoother. One of the features available with QuickBooks Online, is the option to have your customer sign their invoices on your phone or tablet using the mobile app. This helpful guide will provide the steps to show you how this can be done. However, If you're sending the invoices by email, the option to e-sign isn't available in QuickBooks at this time. You can visit the QuickBooks Online App store within your account to see if there is a third party app that can help you further. I also encourage you to leave feedback with our developers by heading to the Gear icon and selecting the Feedback option. These comments are viewed and considered as they create new features and updates for QuickBooks.
